Standard sizes: Twin / Twin XL, Double / Double XL, Queen, King, California King.
Custom sizes are also available upon request.

Do I need a special bed frame or foundation?
Our latex mattresses are compatible with most standard bed frames, platform beds, and adjustable bases. Just ensure the frame supports the mattress evenly across the surface.

Can latex mattresses be used on adjustable beds?
Yes! Our latex mattresses are flexible and durable, making them compatible with most adjustable bases.

Purchasing, Delivery & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Exchanges are available for like items. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee applies, and in-store credit will be provided.

What if I don’t like my mattress density?
Choosing the right mattress density is important, and it can take time to adjust. If you’re unsatisfied within 3 months, we can swap the density for $45 plus the delivery fee ($85–$125 depending on distance). Standard exchanges apply for like items, or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes! Deliveries within or near Vancouver are $85–$125. Shipping is charged at the time of delivery or purchase. We handle everything to make it easy—just note that delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you remove old mattresses?
Yes. We can recycle your old mattress for $150 per piece.

How long will it take to get my mattress?
Every mattress is handcrafted in our Vancouver studio. Most orders are completed within 8 weeks, though timing can vary slightly depending on production volume.

Can I try the mattress before buying?
Yes! Our Vancouver showroom allows you to test all densities and options. We recommend trying the mattress for 10–15 minutes to feel the support and comfort.

Warranty & Lifespan

Is there a warranty?
Yes! Our mattresses come with a 10-year warranty for impressions over 1 inch.

What is the lifespan of latex?
With proper care, latex mattresses can last 20–30 years. They are fully biodegradable and recyclable, making them a sustainable, eco-friendly choice.

Comfort & Support

Will latex mattresses make me hot at night?
No. Latex is highly breathable and regulates body temperature—even in our vegan options. Wool naturally keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter for year-round comfort.

Will latex mattresses help my body pain?
Our mattresses provide excellent support and pressure relief. The 6" latex core offers consistent support, while the 2" latex topper cushions pressure points for a more restorative sleep.

Do latex mattresses make noise?
No. Unlike spring mattresses, latex is silent, providing a stable, peaceful sleep surface.

Materials & Health

Are these mattresses flame-retardant?
Yes! Organic latex is naturally flame-resistant. Our mattresses are constructed with GOLS-certified latex, GOTS-certified organic cotton, and untreated wool, all of which resist flames naturally—no chemical flame retardants are used.

Are these mattresses hypoallergenic, dust mite-resistant, mould-resistant, and water-resistant?
Yes! Latex resists dust mites, mould, and mildew. Wool naturally resists dust mites and mould. For extra protection against spills, we recommend our Washable Organic Melton Wool Moisture Protector Pads.

Do latex mattresses need to off-gas?
No. Our mattresses are free of harmful chemicals. Natural latex has a slight scent that dissipates quickly when unwrapped in a ventilated space.

What makes your mattresses organic?
All mattresses use GOLS-certified organic latex, GOTS-certified organic cotton, and untreated wool—no chemicals, no GMOs, sustainably grown.

Are your mattresses vegan?
Yes! We offer a vegan option made entirely from organic latex and organic cotton, without wool, while maintaining natural breathability and support.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my mattress?
Rotate your mattress head-to-toe every 2–3 months for even wear. Keep it clean using a mattress protector (we recommend our Washable Organic Melton Wool Pads) and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Can I use a mattress protector or sheets on my latex mattress?
Yes! We recommend 100% natural or organic cotton sheets and our organic wool moisture protector to maintain breathability and freshness.
