inBed Organics Warranty Policy

inBed Organics warrants that all latex rubber cores will be free from compressions greater than 1 inch of the product’s original thickness for the first 10 years. For the following 10 years, the warranty is prorated and applies if compression reaches 1.5 inches or more. Eligible items may be returned under the guidelines below for replacement value only.

Freight & Testing

• Return freight to inBed Organics is the responsibility of the customer.

• If returned materials are tested and found not to qualify under the warranty guidelines, they may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

• Compression testing conducted by an authorized independent company will be considered final.

Important Notes

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for like items only within 4 months of delivery. If exchanging for a non-like item, a 20% restocking fee will apply. We do not offer returns on any products.

• Custom Orders: All custom-cut latex cores (any size that is not standard) are final sale.

• Showroom Items: Warranty does not apply to showroom or floor-model items.
